Shipping Policy
At Puca Coffee, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within Ireland.
2. Dispatch Location
Orders are dispatched from Dublin, Ireland.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm are usually processed the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time are normally processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Ireland is usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
For products that are marked as available to order, including certain coffee machines, delivery may take longer. Where this applies, the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight.
Current standard shipping rates within Ireland are:
• Up to 2 kg: €5.50
• Over 2 kg up to 5 kg: €7.50
• Over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €10.00
We offer free delivery on orders over €100.

Please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Large or Special Orders
Some larger, heavier, or special-order items may require different delivery arrangements. If this applies, we will contact you after your order is placed.
