Subscribe & Save Terms
Subscribe & Save Terms
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These Subscribe & Save Terms apply when you choose a recurring subscription option for an eligible product on the Puca Coffee website.
Subscribe & Save is optional. Eligible products may also be purchased as a one-time purchase, which is selected by default unless you actively choose the Subscribe & Save option.
These terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Delivery Terms, and Warranty and Returns Policy. Where these terms deal specifically with a subscription, they apply to that subscription matter.
1. About Subscribe & Save
Puca Coffee’s Subscribe & Save service allows you to receive selected coffee products automatically once every month at the subscription price displayed on the relevant product page.
A subscription begins only when you actively select the Subscribe & Save option and complete checkout.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- there is no sign-up fee;
- there is no free trial;
- there is no minimum number of deliveries;
- there is no fixed expiry date; and
- the subscription continues monthly until it is paused, cancelled or otherwise ended under these terms.
2. Subscription price and billing frequency
The subscription price, billing frequency and applicable delivery charge are displayed on the product page, in the basket and again at checkout before you place the order.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions renew once every month;
- the first payment is taken when you place the initial order;
- future payments are taken automatically each month;
- applicable delivery charges are added to the initial order and each renewal; and
- the subscription continues until it is paused, cancelled or otherwise ended under these terms.
The initial checkout and each subsequent renewal are treated as separate orders for the relevant delivery period.
3. Automatic recurring payments
By selecting Subscribe & Save and clicking Place order and pay, you authorise Puca Coffee and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for:
- the initial subscription order; and
- each future renewal, including applicable delivery charges.
The total recurring cost per month is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. Puca Coffee does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Your next scheduled payment date can be viewed under:
My Account → Subscriptions
Irish consumer law requires the final checkout stage to make the total cost, subscription duration, termination conditions and payment obligation clear before an order is submitted.
4. Renewal reminders and subscription notices
We aim to send a recurring-payment reminder approximately three days before the scheduled renewal date.
You may also receive transactional emails concerning:
- the creation of a new subscription;
- an upcoming renewal;
- a subscription being placed on hold;
- an unsuccessful payment; and
- other important subscription events.
You are responsible for keeping your account email address accurate and reviewing the subscription information displayed in My Account.
Email delivery may occasionally be affected by spam filters, mailbox settings or technical issues. A failure to receive a reminder does not automatically cancel or postpone a scheduled renewal.
5. Pausing a subscription
An active subscription may be paused through:
My Account → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Pause
When a subscription is paused:
- its status changes to Paused;
- it may later be reactivated;
- the previously displayed next-payment date may remain visible; and
- the customer dashboard may not display a cancellation option while the subscription remains paused.
Pausing is a temporary suspension and is not the same as cancelling the subscription permanently.
Pausing does not necessarily create a new or later renewal date. After reactivating, you should check the next-payment date displayed in My Account.
To cancel a paused subscription through My Account, you must first reactivate it and then select Cancel. You may also contact Puca Coffee if you require assistance.
6. Cancelling future renewals
An active subscription may be cancelled at any time through:
My Account → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel
There is no waiting period and no minimum subscription commitment.
Cancellation takes effect when it has been successfully recorded in your account and the subscription status changes to Cancelled.
Cancellation prevents future renewals that have not already been processed. It does not automatically:
- cancel a renewal order for which payment has already been taken;
- stop an order that has already entered processing or dispatch;
- recall goods that have already been dispatched; or
- create an automatic refund for an earlier order.
You should therefore cancel before the next scheduled renewal is processed. Your current next-payment date is displayed in My Account.
A cancelled subscription cannot currently be reactivated through the customer dashboard. To subscribe again, you must place a new Subscribe & Save order.
7. Changing products, quantities or frequency
You may select eligible products and quantities during the initial checkout.
After a subscription has been created, the customer dashboard does not currently allow you to change:
- the subscribed product;
- the product quantity;
- the delivery frequency; or
- the subscription interval.
To make one of these changes, cancel the existing subscription and place a new Subscribe & Save order using the preferred product, quantity or frequency.
You may update or replace your payment method through the subscription dashboard.
8. Failed, expired or cancelled payment methods
If an automatic renewal payment is unsuccessful, our subscription system may retry the payment automatically.
The system is currently configured to cancel a subscription after three unsuccessful payment attempts. The timing of these attempts may depend on the payment provider and the technical processing schedule.
A payment may be unsuccessful because:
- the card has expired;
- the card has been replaced, cancelled or blocked;
- insufficient funds are available;
- the bank or card provider declines the transaction; or
- additional payment authentication is required.
A subscription may be placed on hold while a payment issue remains unresolved.
You should update your payment method through My Account as soon as possible. Puca Coffee may cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful after the permitted attempts.
9. Renewal processing and dispatch
After a renewal payment has been successfully processed, a new renewal order is created.
Renewal orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with Puca Coffee’s normal delivery terms. Processing and dispatch begin after the payment has been authorised and the relevant product is available.
Cancelling a subscription after a renewal order has already been processed does not automatically cancel that renewal order.
10. Product availability
Subscribe & Save products remain subject to availability.
If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, Puca Coffee may:
- delay dispatch;
- contact you with an estimated availability date;
- pause or cancel the affected renewal;
- offer an alternative product, with your agreement; or
- refund the affected renewal payment.
Puca Coffee will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
11. Subscribe & Save discounts
The Subscribe & Save discount is calculated against the applicable one-time purchase price displayed on the product page.
The subscription price and saving are displayed before the product is added to the basket. Different products may have different prices or discount percentages.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- the discount applies only while the subscription remains active;
- the discount cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional codes may be subject to separate conditions; and
- some coupons or promotions may not be used with subscription products.
12. Price and delivery-charge changes
The amount charged for each renewal is the recurring subscription amount, together with the applicable delivery charge.
Puca Coffee will not apply an increase to an existing subscription price or recurring delivery charge without giving you clear advance notice.
The notice will explain:
- the new price or delivery charge;
- when the change is intended to take effect; and
- how to cancel before the change applies.
A price change will not be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been paid for.
If you do not wish to accept the notified change, you may cancel the subscription before the first affected renewal.
13. Refunds, returns and faulty goods
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for products that have already been paid for, processed, dispatched or delivered.
Refunds and returns relating to a particular delivery are handled under Puca Coffee’s Warranty and Returns Policy and the customer’s statutory rights.
Nothing in these Subscribe & Save Terms limits your legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
14. Statutory right to withdraw
Cancelling future subscription renewals through My Account is different from exercising your statutory right to withdraw from an online sales contract.
Cancelling a subscription means:
Do not create or charge future renewal orders.
Exercising the statutory withdrawal right means:
I am exercising my legal right to withdraw from the relevant online sales contract.
Where the statutory right applies, you may withdraw from a qualifying online sales contract without giving a reason.
For most online purchases of goods, the cancellation period generally expires 14 days after you, or a third party nominated by you, receives the goods. Where one contract covers the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the period generally runs from receipt of the first delivery.
You must inform Puca Coffee of your decision before the applicable cancellation period expires. You may use our Model Cancellation Form or send another clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw.
Where goods must be returned, they must normally be sent back within 14 days of communicating the decision to withdraw. You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this was disclosed before purchase.
Puca Coffee may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Cancelling a subscription through My Account does not, by itself, notify Puca Coffee that you wish to exercise the statutory withdrawal right in relation to an order that has already been placed.
15. Managing your subscription and contacting us
You can manage your subscription through:

From there, you can:
