Before first use, fill the water tank, make sure the silicone tube is correctly positioned in the tank, switch the machine on, and run water through the system without a pod to prime it.
Check that the power socket is working properly and that the machine is plugged in securely. If the machine still does not turn on, please contact support.
Make sure the water tank has enough water and that the silicone tube is correctly immersed in the tank. If needed, descale the machine. If the issue continues, please contact support.

Always use good-quality ESE 44 mm paper pods. A poor-quality or incorrectly fitted pod can affect the flow and the result in the cup. If the issue continues, please contact support.
Check that there is enough water in the tank, then try cleaning and descaling the machine. Limescale or residue in the system can slow down the flow. If the problem continues, please contact support.
If your coffee is coming out cold or not hot enough, please contact support for further assistance.
We recommend cleaning the dispensing circuit about once a month using a suitable cleaner. Descaling depends on how often you use the machine and the hardness of your water, but every 6 months is a good general guide. Avoid aggressive or unsuitable cleaning products.

Your machine should always have enough water in the tank. Running it low on water can damage the pump.
A little regular care goes a long way in keeping your machine working at its best.
-
Remove the used pod after each coffee, leaving it in place can make it harder to remove later and may affect the seal.
- Always make sure there is enough water in the tank before using the machine, running the machine with too little water can damage the pump.
- Clean the dispensing circuit regularly, around once a month, using a suitable cleaner and following the product instructions.
-
Descale the machine regularly to help prevent limescale build-up, as a general guide, every 6 months is a good starting point depending on use and water hardness.
- Please note that poor maintenance, incorrect use, or failure to clean and descale the machine regularly may cause problems that are not treated as product faults. This does not affect your statutory rights where an independent defect is present.
