At Puca Coffee, quality matters. From our authentic Italian roast coffee to our coffee machines, every product is selected with care. If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it fairly and efficiently.

1. Your Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer in Ireland or the European Union, you are protected under applicable consumer law.

This means products must be:

  • as described

  • fit for purpose

  • of satisfactory quality

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. 14 Day Returns Policy (Online Orders)

If you purchase from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • it must be in its original packaging

  • it must be in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Coffee Products (Pods, Beans, Ground Coffee)

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons:

  • opened coffee products cannot be returned

  • unopened and sealed coffee products may be returned within 14 days of delivery

If you believe there is a quality issue with your coffee, please contact us. We take product quality seriously and will assess any concerns individually.

4. Coffee Machine Warranty

All Puca Coffee machines include a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects

  • mechanical faults

  • electrical defects not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse or improper operation

  • lack of descaling or routine maintenance

  • accidental damage

  • normal wear and tear

  • commercial use, unless explicitly agreed in writing

To make a warranty claim, please complete the return request form below and include your order number, together with photos or a short video of the issue where possible.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or further inspection.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the outer packaging and the product.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Return shipping costs for confirmed faults or transit damage will be covered by us.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5 to 10 working days for us to process your refund

  • additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Warranty terms for business customers may differ from those for private consumers. Please contact us directly for B2B warranty information.

Your order number

The product name

A short description of the issue

Photos or a short video, where relevant

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and contact you with the next steps.

Please do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation from Puca Coffee. Returns must be reviewed and approved before being sent back.

For coffee machines, we recommend keeping the original packaging during the warranty period where possible, as this helps ensure safe transport if a return or inspection is required.
